A Business & Commercial grant established within a commercial district (CB, C1 and C2) of the Village of Ryley, equal to a percentage of the non-residential municipal tax. The primary objective is to enhance the curb appeal of businesses to make the Village of Ryley a more aesthetically pleasing community. The secondary objective of the grant is to stimulate economic and business development within the Village of Ryley. Priority is placed on the Central Business District (CB), followed by the Commercial 1 (C1), then the Commercial 2 (C2) Districts. The Land Use Bylaw is a critical instrument for determining criteria and eligibility.
